Phobos gravity !

Phobos has due to its size just a fraction of the earths gravity..man standing on Phobos weighs 56 gramms...ie 2 oz.

Probably not. Assuming your jump gave you Phobian escape velocity and you leaped retro-grade to its orbit, it probably wouldn't slow you enough to reduce your orbit around Mars enough to enter. You'd just co-orbit Mars with Phobos slowly increasing the distance between you and the moon.
