So, I have recently been studying concentrated solar power,

Is there a method, where one could use the concentrated power of many mirrors/lenses to create a plasma bloom on a point, and by pulsing the light, create power?

like a MHD but a "alternating plasma"??

Any better way to make power from plasma then this?

(I was thinking that the state change water->steam could be akin to
gas->plasma somehow in a energy generation system with no wear points)

James, finally I understand your confusion. The word “feasible” sounds like it has “easy” built into it, but it doesn’t really work that way. You can look it up for yourself if you don’t believe me. I have never suggested these things are easy.
