Thus, I propose making more changes that would eventually see a successful attempt. BTW: I will eat humble pie if anyone succeeds on budget, with no exeptions and proper proof. Well this will be our second present to the world. I think I have the WiliLauncher inside this budget. I only have to demonstrate it: A single launcher can put six femto-satellites into orbit. If you don't mind, I should work hard:
