SpaceX Future Directions

Came across this interesting link the other day:

In particular, Parts 6 & 7 where future directions indicated a third stage for Falcon called Raptor using a Lox/H engine. I happened across some other interesting scuttlebut also that indicated that SpaceX had received a licence for using and/or producing, but don't quote me, the RS68 engine.

Trying to get back to the link but lost it for the moment. Anyone else heard that recently :?:
