Posted on: Fri Nov 14, 2008 7:20 pm Late 2012 sounds like as good a time as any for a little lunar escapade. I would like to go. This is not a joke either, although I doubt it'll become reality.
As a sidenote, Google Ads aptly chose to display an ad for 2012-comet.com, a site with lots of neat theories about how something big is going to happen in 2012 and that we could all die. Another reason to want to go to the moon in 2012 besides the obvious? ;) |

But not only is the mayan calender ending, our solar system is passing through the center of our galaxy and close to some gravitational force that could upset tides or something, And it's an election year! COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT! Just kidding of course. I would like to go to the moon to help establish a colony and get rich slowly, not because I think the world is ending. If it was, not even the moon would be safe. |
