Hello, Andy Hill,
I didn't say that all the revenue must be owned by the Foundation - I did described the probable given situation if the Foundation would develop a game idea and somebody else would earn money using that idea without the allowance of the Foundation. But the Foundation could licence out the developed idea to a game producer and the licence contract would guarantee a share of the revenues to the game producer and another share to the Foundation. This possibilty would be the chance for the foundation - this would work much better than licencing the logo. In my last post I only explained the reasons - the possibility is absed on the property rights on the game idea. Dipl.-Volkswirt (bdvb) Augustin (Political Economist) |

Also with the other teams.. edit: Ahh.. They have that already.. pretty cheap.. But out of stock.. http://www.thespacestore.com/anxprcd.html That out-of-stock CD-ROM that doesn't work on Macs is not the DVD you imagine, Voyager4D. I don't think the DVD you imagine exists. _________________ flyovers, fly-betweens and looks |
