Did my name go up or not?

I remember reading that general members get to have their name launched on the X-Prize finalists, etc. I signed on as a general member sometime mid September, I'd say around the 20th. Did I miss the deadline, because my name did not appear on the general members list until yesterday at the earliest, and as of this writing I have yet to recieve a certificate, either for myself or for a family member, whose name appeared on the list a few days ago.

I would very much like to know whether or not my name was launched. If I missed the deadline, the XPRIZE site must not have updated much, because I saw links to getting your name up there as early as the morning of Oct. 4.
